Cake flavor combinations are limitless. Decadence will design flavors to fulfill the sweet desires of all your guests.

Cakes are composed of the base cake, a filling and a frosting. There are also special additions,
such as:

  • Liquor infusions - These add accent to the cake base.
  • Flavor bursts - Fresh fruits, nuts or candies that are added for texture and taste to the fillings.
  • Cake lining - This is a very thin layer of fruit preserves or citrus curd on the cake base that gives a complementary flavor.

    Most wedding cakes have more than one tier and each tier can be a different flavor. The tiers can be stacked, separated by pillars or placed at cascading heights on the table in a stylish arrangement.
