When it comes down to that first cut and bite of the cake, it's all about the flavors and fillings. Cake flavor combinations are almost limitless. and Decadence will design flavors to fulfill the sweet desires of all your guests.

Cakes are composed of the base cake, a filling and a frosting. There are also special additions, such as:

  • Liquor infusions - these add accent to the cake base.
  • Flavor bursts - fresh fruits, nuts or candies that are added for texture and taste to the fillings.
  • Cake lining - This is a very thin layer of fruit preserves or citrus curd on the cake base that gives a complementary flavor.
