She has over 15 years professional experience and has built a reputation of excellence working at San Ysidro Ranch Montecito, CA, Alisal Guest Ranch Solvang, CA, The Boulders Resort Carefree, AZ and The Phoenician, Scottsdale, AZ.

Decadence can assist your restaurant or hotel with menu and recipe development, staff training, equipment and product purchasing, bakery construction and organization.

Dawn has been teaching professionally for five years. Her classes include individual or small group private classes, corporate events, as well as college level instruction. Classes can be demonstration or hands on learning.
